By accessing or using KALDEF (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Health Disclaimer, AI Disclaimer, and Refund Policy (where applicable).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KALDEF. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining password security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person — no sharing accounts

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading health information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Create fake accounts or engage in fraud
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

By using KALDEF, you acknowledge that the Service provides informational and educational content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for health decisions.

KALDEF uses AI to provide estimates and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are estimates and may be inaccurate
• You should verify critical information independently
• AI features do not constitute medical or nutritional advice
• We are not liable for decisions made solely based on AI outputs

Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
• Prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) and include applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

Intellectual property

All content, branding, logos, and software are owned by KALDEF or its licensors and protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

Delete My Data

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KALDEF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
