Data Deletion

Your data is yours. Here's how to delete it.

How Data Deletion Works

When you request data deletion from KALDEF:

Your account is immediately deactivated
Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
Backups may retain anonymized data for up to 90 days
Aggregated, anonymous analytics may be retained
Any active subscription is immediately cancelled

This action is permanent

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Make sure to export anything you want to keep before proceeding.

Self-Service Deletion

If you have an active KALDEF account, the easiest way to delete your data is through the app:

Log in and go to Settings
Scroll to “Danger Zone”
Click “Delete My Account”
Confirm with your password

Manual Deletion Request

If you can't access your account or prefer to request deletion manually, use the form below. We'll verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
